A: Currently ONLY the hood of the hoodies are lined with satin

Q: When will my order ship?

A: You should receive an email once your order ships along with the tracking number and information. Orders ship out 5-7 days after order is placed unless otherwise stated.

 

Q: Do hoodies run large or small?

A: Hoodies are unisex and true to size. Women if you would like a tighter fit order a size down.

 

Q: How do I make sure I order the correct size?

A: Refer to the measurement chart in the description and the pictures of the product(s) you are interested in.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We do not offer cash refunds, customers may return item(s) for store credit or exchange item(s).

 

Q: What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

A: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sew Rooted is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
